Batch Orders

This section explains how to create new orders by product type for a customer via a .CSV file. Click here to download a Batch Order templae file.

  • If the username entered is unavailable or invalid, Manual Center will display an error message and not permit processing the batch order.
  • If the username entered is valid and has the ability to order via batch, Manual Center will display the Account and Lender contact information corresponding to that username.
  • Once a valid username has been entered, batch processing will follow into the Place Orders screen where the user will enter information pertaining to the batch order.
  • All batch orders are run as automated background processes at these times daily 9am/12pm/3pm/6pm CST.

  1. From the Batch tab, click the Place Orders for Customers link.
  2. Enter a User Name.
  3. Click the Submit button
  4. From the Place Orders screen, in the File with orders to place field, click the Browse button. Locate and select the .CSV file with the orders to place for the customer.
  5. Select the Account from the dropdown.
  6. Select the Lender Contact under which to process the order from the dropdown.
  7. In the Product Type field, select a product (service level) for the orders.
  8. Click the Submit button.
    Note: Observe the following guidelines:
    • The file must be a comma delimited csv file.
    • The first line of the input file is a header line.
    • The data must start on the second line.
    • The first column of the file must contain the Loan ID number.
  9. Upon a successful order placement, an Orders Placed section appears. Click Download Placed Order results to either open or save the log file.
